Returns Policy
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 3 business days of delivery.
Item Condition
Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Handling Fee
A $5.00 handling and returns fee will be deducted from your credit.
Quality Check
All returns are inspected. Items showing signs of wear, including tan, makeup, fragrance odors, or stains, will not be accepted.
Packaging
Returns not sent back in their original packaging will incur a $5.00 deduction from the credit.
Postage Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and return costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or store credit (subject to availability). We do not offer cash refunds.
